Guatemala

We are not scheduled to travel to Guatemala for 2011.  However, if you have a desire to travel as an individual you can contact Mike Brister and he may be able to connect you with another church group that has a vacancy

 

Texas Valley

Summer trip to Mission, Texas to assist in VBS and church construction of a local mission.  Dates are July 10 - 16, 2011.  We will be assisting a local church to build a 20 X 86 lean-to on their chruch sanctuary.  VBS will be led by our Youth.  Wonderful accomendations and a great atmosphere.  Contact jbender@fbccenter.org to sign up.

 

Burma

A group of Burmese people have moved into town and we will assist them in establishing friendships, Bible study and other logistical needs.  The Center Texas Myanmar Christian Fellowship Conference will be held on February 18-20.

We are looking for people willing to greet the Burmese people as they first enter town and welcome them to their new homes.  Needed are people willing to teach ESL.

Freedom House

A ministry in Logansport for individuals that are needing assistance from drug and alcohol abuse.

 

Shelby County Outreach

Local ministry assisting with the needs of the people of Shelby County.
